Refund Policy

Effective May 4, 2026

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you subscribe to Premium or Premium+ and are not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact us at contact@satprep1600.com for a full refund — no questions asked.

Eligibility: refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. This applies to first-time subscribers only. If you have previously received a refund under this policy, you are not eligible for a second satisfaction refund.

+80 Point Score Guarantee (Premium+ Only)

Premium+ subscribers who do not improve by at least 80 points from their baseline SAT score within 90 days may be eligible for a full refund of their last 90 days of subscription charges.

Eligibility requirements (all must be met):

  • 90 consecutive days of active Premium+ subscription
  • Full Diagnostic completed at enrollment (before starting the 90-day window)
  • At least 2 full mock tests completed within the window
  • At least 30 practice sessions completed within the window
  • At least 1 study plan regeneration within the window
  • Official SAT score submitted as evidence of improvement (digital score report from College Board)

To request a guarantee refund, email contact@satprep1600.com with the subject "Score Guarantee Claim" and include: (1) your account email, (2) your baseline diagnostic score from enrollment, and (3) your official SAT score report from College Board. We will verify eligibility against the requirements above and process approved refunds within 10 business days via your original payment method.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation stops future billing but does not generate a refund for the current billing period — you retain access until the period ends. If you are on a multi-month plan (6-month or 12-month), you retain access through the end of your paid period.

Payment Failures

If a subscription renewal payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days and email you at each attempt. If payment is not recovered, your subscription downgrades to Basic and your data is preserved. You can resubscribe at any time.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email contact@satprep1600.com with subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email and the reason for your request
  3. For the score guarantee, use the in-app flow at Settings → Billing

We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and appear on your original payment method.
