By creating an account or using SATPrep1600 ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review and agree on your behalf. If you are under 13, you may not use the Service directly.
SATPrep1600 is an AI-powered SAT preparation platform offering adaptive practice questions, an AI tutoring assistant, diagnostic assessments, and score tracking. The Service is currently available to residents of the United States only.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when registering, including your date of birth. We use this information to comply with applicable law.
Paid subscriptions (Premium, Premium+) are billed in advance on a monthly or multi-month basis. All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not apply to the current billing period.
Premium+ subscribers may be eligible for an "+80 point improvement or your money back" guarantee subject to eligibility conditions: 90 consecutive days of Premium+ subscription, a completed Full Diagnostic at enrollment, at least 2 mock tests, 30 practice sessions, and 1 study plan regeneration within the window. You agree not to:
All content on the Service — including questions, explanations, AI-generated study plans, and brand assets — is owned by or licensed to SATPrep1600. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal educational purposes. Nothing in these Terms transfers any IP rights to you.
The Service is provided "as is." We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any specific score improvement will be achieved (outside the explicit guarantee program above). SAT is a trademark of College Board, which does not endorse SATPrep1600.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SATPrep1600 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We reserve the right to terminate the Service or your account at our discretion, with a pro-rated refund for unused subscription time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
